12. Type a keyword about the website into Google search, is the site found and on what page

13. Who else know that this website is on the internet

14. Do people come to your store because of your website

Every point here has a search engine optimization (SEO) implication that may need to be improved upon. It also reflects an effective communication strategy with potential customers making sure you are marketing your website effectively to them.
