The China International Semiconductor Technology Conference Successfully Held In Shanghai

China International Semiconductor Technology Conference March 18-19 successfully held in Shanghai. IBM Fellow StuartParkin Ph.D, Intel Senior Fellow YanBorodovsky, Microelectronics Center of Yale University, director of the General Assembly, Dr. TPMa keynote speeches, more than 700 participating domestic and international semiconductor industry introduced the international academic community and key cutting-edge semiconductor lithography process technology trends. The successful convening of this conference to upgrade the technological level of China's semiconductor industry will be the most advanced international technologies and concepts introduced to China has played a positive role in promoting.
