The New Age is a decentralized Western social and spiritual movement that seeks "Universal

Truth" and the attainment of the highest individual human potential. It is also known as the New Age Movement, New Age spirituality, and Cosmic Humanism. Its spirituality is characterized by an individual approach to spiritual practices and philosophies, and the rejection of religious doctrine and dogma. It is a combination of metaphysical, scientific, and religious approaches to the human search for understanding of nature, the Universe, and human life.

It has been told that before science and technology developed to a level where non-physical aspects of reality could be examined, people were entirely dependent upon philosophy, religion, and personal inner experience for their understanding of the world and their place in it. It may not believed by some psychics, there has been enough evidence to point to the nature of matter as energy and information, the impact of mind and emotion upon matter, and the unity or oneness of the subconscious human mind.

Due to the willingness of many individuals to apply the principles of metaphysics and spirituality without the need to justify the results with any scientific investigation, some field of psychic such as dream interpretation, numerology, horoscopes, astrology have been found. In modern days, technologies allow us to gain objective measures of what was once only measurable by subjective experience. Some claims that fate does not exist or that it is only applicable for select parts of life. But astrology experts points of view, there are just some who lacks to deny the theory of destined life conditions until they first disprove the predictive sciences of numerology and astrology. Hypothesis and theory can only be invalidated but cannot be proven. Both numerology and astrology have yet shown scientifically invalid. There are things needed to accomplish this hypothesis. One should have a long term objective observation of the circumstances in the lives of many people and extensive personality and predictive work involving these ancient sciences.

But no matter what, spirituality still remains a highly personal and subjective journey for most of us. The primary difference between new age and metaphysical is the tolerance for a wide range of beliefs, and reasonable understanding to each and every aspects of the two and the respect for personal inner guidance, knowledge and experiences. New age spiritual can always be connected with metaphysical which is applied to bring about health benefits, spiritual enlightenment, and to help guide behavior and decision making processes. Furthermore, metaphysical a branch of philosophy concerned with explaining the fundamental nature of being and the world. It attempts to answer some basic questions in the broadest possible terms. These questions can be "What is there?" or "What is it like?"

The benefits of working with new age spirituality, metaphysics, astrology or numerology is self-knowledge, spiritual growth through awareness, wisdom, the ability to plan for the future, the understanding that order exists in the universe and that there are no victims, that life is void of randomness, and that there is meaning to everyones life.
