For one, it is an easily discernible fact that an organization with well kempt lawns tends to cultivate a more welcoming landscape. And where the people who are meant to feel more welcomed are the potential customers to the business, this turns out to be one of the things that an organization will be ready to spend huge sums of money on, knowing that it could translate into an improvement for its bottom-line.

A well kept lawn, as a part of an organization's landscape, also tends to make it look and feel livelier. It is all about the greenery.' And it is the sort of aura most organizations want to create, both for the benefit of the people who work at their head offices on a day to day basis, and those who will only be visiting occasionally.
