It is crucial to any leadership position to have a strong mind and a solid foundation of beliefs to work off of. Having these attributes will give you the edge when it comes to making crucial decisions for the group. A leader needs to be reasonable and a quick problem solver to be able to resolve problems completely and in a timely manner.

Leaders are often presented with difficult situations and are not always expected to have a solution for every problem that arises.

On the contrary, a leader is responsible for making the decision that is the best interest of everyone involved and also accepting some of the consequences that come along with them. The most important thing is that a leader needs to unify the group to make sure they are all focused on the same goal.

A strong leader will have the ability to take on the opinions of everyone in the group without being easily swayed. It is important for leaders to make unbiased opinions on what they feel is going to be best for the entire organization.

A strong opinion on issues is an important quality in any leader. A leader needs to be able to stand firm on their views and decisions as it is essential to leadership.

It is crucial in leadership to keep a strong mind but have your mind be open to everyone's opinions as well. A leader needs to establish that they are acting in what they feel is in the best interest of the group with confidence.
