After your tattoo is done and you take off the bandage you will need to make sure to keep the skin moist. This can be done by using A&D lotion then after it is completely healed and the scabbing is done you can use an unscented lotion to keep it moist. When this is done this tattoo will keep its color for years.

If you do decide to get a tattoo you should really think hard before getting one. If you think you want to put someones name on your body do so with a lot of thought. Do you know for sure that you will be with this person for life? You then need to make sure where you put it. Some jobs and then going to the military frown on any tattoo that show. Some kinds of these tattoos might be allowed and then some will not be at all. You see and meet military men that have several tattoos but if asked they all have gotten them after they were in the service for a while.

Tattoos or body art can be beautiful if taken care of so it is important to remember that to get one you are going to have to sit very still and be able to take the pain of the needles that will be used to get it. Even a small tattoo you will be poked with needles several times. If you do not like this then it would be best to not get one at all.
