Ultra-fine grinder opens up a new era for ultra-pure coal
Ultrafine grinding technology is a new grinding technology developed in the past 20 years, mainly used for ultra-fine processing and it has been widely applied in chemical, pharmaceutical, materials, coal and other industries. There are two ultra-fine grinding method: chemical method and mechanical crushing method; the former includes solution method, gas phase method, salt analytical method and laser method, etc. the latter has a wider application scope due to the advantages of new type, high efficiency and production expansion.
In the preparation of ultra-pure coal, the vast majority of method requires that coal and minerals to be taken full dissociation before sorting. Native minerals is formed by the mineral substance that contained in coal-forming material itself, cannot be dissociated by physical methods. Exotic minerals present in the roof and floor and the parting layer in the mining process, existing as a monomer or waste rock, can be separated by conventional crushing method.
Outside minerals mix into coal seam in the coal-forming process, this forms the secondary minerals. It disperses or fills in the coal matrix or gap as embedded states including interlayer, inclusion or fine grained dissemination; their embedded states and content in organic matter determine difficulty level of coal separation; especially in order to achieve the monomer dissociation in the preparation of ultra-pure coal, secondary minerals needs to be fully broken, or even to break the cell cavity, which requires the participation of ultra-fine grinding equipment.

The powder collector spouts and dust discharge port are ingeniously designedin the same line, which makes the collection of coal easier, reducing the working load. In conclusion, the high efficiency, low energy consumption, energy saving and environmental protection ultrafine coal mill opens up a new era for ultra-pure coal preparation.
