Schools that provide guarantees that you will be at a certain level at a specified time is not where you want to be. Because of the formation and excel levels that are earned, no guarantee can be given for where you will be at a certain time. Similar to the way a Black Belt is earned. Someone may take 4 years to earn one while someone else may take 5 years. In competition the 5 year student may win over the 4 year student. Obtaining the Black Belt faster does not provide an edge to the 4 year student and reflect he is a better student.
