Using Electronic Cigarettes to quit smoking

Hello my name is Brent, I am a former smoking, and currently smoke an electronic cigarette. I started off as most of us did about 20 years old having a couple cigarettes now and again with my friends. But soon it became more and more, and everyday. By about 23 I was smoking a pack a day, and now had a horrible habit that I never really enjoyed.

Even at 26 years old I would cough almost constantly. Every morning I would hack up a big clump of phlegm. I couldn't even run 100 yards without coughing like crazy. I knew that wasn't normal or healthy, but I was addicted and couldn't do anything about it. I attempted to quit every 5 or 6 months. I tried cold turkey 4 times, gum 3 times, patches 2 times, and the e-cig once.

Within a month of the e-cig I stopped smoking. I no longer had a desire for the analogs, but rather, whenever I felt a small craving, I just took a couple puffs off my vaporizer. Four months after that, I was done with the vaporizer. Now I occasionally will have a puff of a low or no nicotine juice.
