These cooling units that are installed within the structure of the buildings, either a house or a business building, could increase the value of that structure when it is sold. Additionally, some of the government, both local and federal, are participating in rebates and tax incentives for upgrades to homes and businesses for energy efficient cooling and other machinery.

By installing a wall air conditioning unit for a company's workers, a business will have better tempered employees because those who are hot may not be able to perform their job as well as those who are cooler.
