Some people who start training are really skinny and some are really obesed which means that they will have different goals they want to accomplish through bodybuilding. OK so justt say that you are really skinny you are not going to go to the gym and start lifting weight that doesn't challenge you, you will never get bigger that way.You go to the gym and you can already see what you strengths and weaknesses are. You might have strong arms and weak legs. Or strong shoulders but a weak back. These can come under genetics. No need to panic if your not very powerful and are struggling that is what the gym is for. You have objectives and aims and you will get there if you are dedicated and are disciplined. Remember the old saying no pain no gain!
Now that you now what your goal is its time to think about the location where your are going do your training. Will you train in spare room in your house or will you go to professional gym. Whatever you do both options will have some ups and downs. Training at home is cheap but if you don't have much money you will not be able to buy all the required equipment to insure that you get the most out of training. Training at the gym can be good as there will be a lot of equipment. Fitness instructors and more experienced trainers will always be there to give you a helping hand.
Before you start i recommend you take photo of your current state so you can have some sort of timeline. When you keep on training and you notice more develop you will see these in your photos this will keep you determined and encourage yourself.
