Getting the Ex Back You know the feeling... it's like a cavern has been torn through your stomach and someone has ripped out the most delicate part of your being... Its there 24/7. That shallow, haunting, helpless, nauseating feeling thatrelentlessly shades every aspect of your life from the time it starts. The Break Up! Like John Mayer wrote in one of his brilliant songs ...when youre dreaming with a broken heart, the waking up is the hardest part, you fall out of bed, and down on your knees, and for a moment you can hardly breathe... The feeling isdepressing! Then you go slightly mad. You know what I mean. The constant sending of text messages, the constant emails, calling your ex many times a day, always looking at your emails or text messages to see whether they have had a change of heart... youre feeling so down and maybe even debating as to why they went, that you have to leave the radio off because every song makes you remember them and, as well as a major loss ofwant to eat, you have also the problem of bingeing on food and drinking to contend with until it eventually ends inthe intoxicated phone call (those couple of drinks were supposed to make you not think about them...) where you might evenplead with them to take you back. Now while not everyone behaves this way and reacts the same the fact still remains that for the most people experiencing a separation with their partner will have at least some of these feelings to put up with. So what to do! Let me enlighten you, at this stage you need a little more than an apology and the promise that you will change (even if it wasnt your fault) to get them back. What is needed is that which is going to make them think about their choice and start to want a reunion, in otherwords, something to give you 'hand'. Now although you have been acting like a nutter and have done most (if not all) of the above stalker tactics , it is still not too late to regain some of that lost ground and change the way things are. So rather than embarking down the road of more self degradation, take a deep breath and in a relaxed manner, give them some spark which is going to reignite their want. The first step should be to write them a brief note telling them that even though you have been acting alittle crazy, you have now regained your senses and that now you have thought about it, you now endorse] the separation. You even wished for it yourself occasionally before it actually happened. Remember that one of the most endearing and unmistakeable traits of people, is that they always crave what is not available! What you need at this point is some pretty unconventional approaches and this is just the first of them. This is part of the overall reconnection approach which is crucial to reuniting. Imagine...being able to enjoy music again, not to mention enjoying food, resting happily again and being back in a healthy loving relationship with something to look forward to...About the Author:
