I discovered the untapped market by accident and before I knew it, I realized first hand what a need there was. The number of people out there who wanted and needed a divorce but did not have the money to hire an attorney was amazing. I built my first site and then another and another and so on.

Through this process I gained a lot of very useful information. Not just on the legal side but on the human side. People are afraid of going to court and they are afraid of legal documents. Getting a divorce is actually very simple as long as you have the necessary information. Each state is different, therefore, different rules apply. This information is available at no cost at the law library but most people don't have the desire to go search for it.

I was the first to offer the "Online Divorce." Most people don't realize just how simple it really is. Not only is it simple but it's very affordable. All types of divorces too, not just the "easy" ones.

It sounds complicated, people have property, debts, children, dogs, cats, you name it, but the buttom line is still very simple. All divorces, regardless of property, kids, or other things, is really simple. People themselves tend to make it complicated. The laws are black and white and in most cases, people can decide all of the details themselves, without having the court enforce those laws.

The bottom line is you don't have to spend thousands of dollars to hire an attorney to get your divorce. Even if you and your spouse don't agree on the terms, you can get your divorce without paying an attorney. Of course there are those rare instances where an attorney is recommended but each state has their own divorce laws and courts will make their rulings based on those laws.
