pay plan it seems to me a great shock that so many associates who come into this trade fail to create much money and lay the path to a solid financial future. The earning power that this business system offers definately is powerful when you look at the capacity of building a downline and having hundreds of people lower than you all eager to grow their business, you would have thought you could just sit back and watch the money roll in.

I've spoken to many networkers over the last few weeks, some have made money and others have not made a dime, I believe that the reasons for the most part why people are not succeeding in network marketing is lack of training and lack of positive action! It's unfortunate that most network marketing companies and sponsors simply do not train their new distributors how to create a cash flow quickly. Retention rates in this industry are around a shocking 15%! Lots of newbies say that they don't recieve the guidance they need from their sponsors and it goes without saying that the traditional methods of recruitment do not work as well as they used to.

Folks buy from those they know and trust and have a relationship with, therefore you are much better off marketing yourself and what you can propose to your prospects in the way of support and very valuable training. Always offer true value!

To gain the trust and respect of potential business partners you must offer them outstanding value, take things to the next level and be the one who rises above from the marketing noise and put yourself in the position of authority and get the results that you deserve. You must have systems in place that will take care of much of the relationship building on auto-pilot, I'm refering to videos and autoresponders, emails you write one time and then can be read by thousands over and over again, videos you produce one time and can be watched by millions.

It;s important you educate your team on all these strategies. Attraction marketing is the clear winner, not spam marketing.
