You would want to create a very strong first impression and you would want to please your readers as early as possible. You may opt to offer the juiciest information you have or you can start your articles with compelling questions that will target the emotional hot buttons of your readers. For example, you can ask them "Are you getting frustrated in losing all your excess fat?" "Can't wait to fit in that two-piece bikini?" People who are having weight loss problem will surely be enticed to read your articles if you use such questions.

4. Article body. Start by giving your readers with general information about the topic that you're discussing. Let's take obesity for example. Start by telling your readers what obesity means and how it affects a lot of people in the United States. Present some studies and research that will back up your claims. Then, offer your readers with some information that they can use. You can offer them with tips on how to fight obesity. Ensure that you offer new and fresh information. Your target audience will not pay attention to your articles if they contain nothing but data that can easily be found elsewhere.

5. Make it scannable. Don't make your articles an eye sore. To entice more people to read them, make them easy to skim through. You can do this by using very short paragraphs and bullet points. This is highly recommended if you're giving out tips and guides. Don't forget to use subheadings. These will help your readers determine if they need to read your succeeding paragraphs.

9. Mind your grammar. Online users can be very critical these days. As they're aware that they deserve nothing but the best, they will surely not settle for articles that contain glaring grammar errors. Revisit your grammar lessons before you start writing.

10. Unique content. Don't commit the mistake of copying other's work. As a writer, you must be committed in giving your readers with fresh and unique information. Plagiarism can hurt your online credibility. This will send a very strong message that you don't have anything valuable to offer. This is the last thing that you would like to happen when you're doing business in the online arena.
