While this trend may have gone out of style, you can use the information from it to apply to your psychic energy. Quartz is said to be a very strong stone that can replace negative energy with positive energy. Whether you choose to wear such powerful stones as jewelry or keep them displayed throughout your home, having various stones of different capabilities is a great way to generate a stronger energy.

Different colored candles have long been thought to have various, significant potencies. White candles are known to be cleansing. An added bonus is that they attract positive energy to enter the space and energy. You can light a white candle throughout the day. Meal times, meditation and work will all benefit from the energy a white candle can bring to this energetic force.

Washing yourself with sea salt is another way that is said to purify not only the body, but also your energy. The powers associated with salt go back generations. Washing with salt for either hand washings or even a bath is a great way to help achieve a more cleansed feeling. If your job dictates that you wash hands many times a day, it is unlikely that you will be able to use sea salt at each washing.

For anyone in such fields as medicine or food preparation that seem to be constantly running their hands under water, try using sea salt when you wash your hands at home. You will still be able to cleanse your psychic energy.
