The last restaurant recommendation is the Stone Creek Inn which is right in East Quogue, New York. The owner who is also the head chef wants to use local ingredients and has a special knack for seafood which is typically the favorite thing most visitors want to eat when they visit the Hamptons. Some of his specialties include an oven roasted halibut with Mediterranean spices and a braised Montauk lobster alongside baby vegetables. Most of the menu is French inspired and the space is simple and elegant with big windows and nice woodwork.
