If youre going on vacation somewhere or have a reunion coming up and you need a quick

way to lose belly fat then youre going to have to make some real tough sacrifices for a period of time in order to reach your goal. It can be done, but it will be hard because you will need to diet really hard and do a lot of exercise to help out with burning some calories.

So the first part of this whole equation is going to be your diet. Your diet is going to make or break your goal and youre going to need to be really strict if you want to lose belly fat at the quickest rate possible. First thing I would tell you to do is throw out all the junk food in the house. And im talking about anything that is pretty much carb related such as any snacks like cookies, cakes, ice cream, chips, pretzels, crackers, muffins, etc

Youre going to also throw out all of your bread, pastas, and potatoes. Basically anything that is a starch and a carbohydrate. Carbs are not necessarily bad things but they do need to be limited when you are trying to lose belly fat, especially at the rate that you want to lose it.

So the big thing about your diet is its going to be pretty much low carb to no carbs on some days. You will need to limit the amount of fruit that you eat also since fruit mostly contains sugar in the form of fructose. Your body doesnt have much use for fructose so it can easily be stored as body fat as opposed to other forms of carbohydrates.


You will be eating roughly 5-6 small meals a day. Each meal is going to be consisting of protein, vegetables and healthy fats. This is the perfect way to eat to lose your belly fat quite quickly.

Youre only allowed one serving of protein at each meal too. This comes out to 4 ounces of chicken, beef, pork, or any type of meat. You can have eggs as well. I would recommend eating 3-4 if you like eggs. Also, dont be worried about eggs and your cholesterol levels since its been proven time and time again that eggs wont raise your blood serum cholesterol levels unless you already have a previous issue with this. If that is the case then limit your eggs down to 1-2 per day.

You can also have protein shakes for some of your meals if you wish. This can be in the form of whey protein or casein protein. Personally I prefer casein protein in this case because it will keep you full for a lot longer as compared to whey.

One day during the week youre going to be fasting. I know it sounds like torture right now but its an easy way to lose weight fast. Its sort of like a booster shot to your weight loss efforts. You wont be as hungry as you think as long as you stay busy during the day. Youll also notice that you feel more alert and awake during the day when you fast. This is because your body releases an extra amount of catecholamines throughout your body. These are epinephrine and norepinephrine. During this day youre only allowed to drink fluids such as water, coffee or anything that is diet related such as diet soda etcNo solid food or even protein shakes are allowed during your fast day.

The types of fats youre allowed to eat is anything that is in your protein sources such as the eggs or meat. I also want you to add in fish oil. This is the number one supplements that I recommend to anyone who wants to be healthier, and even wants to lose weight. Some studies have shown that fish oil was able to help people drop belly fat and inches around their waist without having to do a thing.


Now with regards to your exercise program, you have to start doing some form of cardiovascular exercise first thing in the morning when you wake up. This is because your body is primed to burn fat at this time due to the overnight fast and low insulin levels. The best type during this specific time would be a mixture of interval training and slow steady state cardio like jogging or walking on a treadmill. I would recommend you to start off with some interval training work and then switch over to incline walking to finish off your workout. You must do this type of workout everyday if you want to lose belly fat quickly.

You also need to be doing some type of weight training to really burn a lot of calories and transform your body as fast as possible. A good way to start off is to do the machine circuit at the gym. Usually they are already set up in the proper manner so you work everything the correct way. Really push yourself when youre on these machines and make sure to move from one station to the next without rest until you have done at least 6 exercises. Then you can rest. Repeat this sequence 5 times and do 12 hard reps per exercise. This is really going to create a nice afterburn effect inside of your body and raise your EPOC levels so you can burn calories for an extended period of time.
