What you can normally do is simply transition your brain away from the bad circumstance. You can do this by closing your eyes and drift your thoughts to a place inside your imagination that will lighten your mood and make you forget the stress. When you open your eyes to reality, your feelings of anger will disappear and stress for sure will not be evident.


Remedy 3: Massage. When it comes to massage, massage does not necessarily mean luxury resorts and hotels. You can actually do your own massage therapy. As a matter of fact, if you're stressed you can opt for a massage at your shoulders or arms. It need not be a hard one so to speak. A simple massage anywhere in the body allows blood and oxygen to freely circulating in again. This can affect your physical emotion and mood thus removing traces of stress.

These are just some of the simple remedies that can be applied whenever anxiety strikes. So, if you happen to be under stress, you can simply perform these procedures several times.
