This new MSN search offers a new "Near Me" button next to the usual "Search" button which enables local search for your query and also allows you to override your IP address explicitly by your current location. It also includes a Search Builder exclusively on every search form similar to the advanced search page of other search engines. There are also three cool sliders available allowing you to search results by relevancy, popularity and freshness. Reasonably higher quality of image search is now available compared to its counterparts.
