Have you been trying to look at yourself lately and noticed that you are not confident enough. Are you hiding some talents there that you always wanted to be recognized and be appreciated by others? So how do you cope up with all those trials? Building up a character has to take a long way and need a lot of patience.

One thing I can share is that you can start feeling good about yourself and taking one step at a time. Feeling good means inside and out. Taking care of yourself, your health can make you a better one. Once you learn to take care of yourself, eventually, you'll learn to take care about others.

To look good is another thing. Try working out and going to the gym. If you don't know what to do, get a personal trainer. Like Personal Training Chicago which I got my first trainer. But most importantly you have to be patient. No short cuts. Working out takes a lot of time and effort. Literally, you'll have to suffer all the pain, muscle pain. But in the end you will be thrilled to see how far you can get. It's not only confidence that you build but also your character. Every time you meet new people you are sharing yourself and you are telling, through your actions, about your personality. That is why you have to be always ready and prepared.

Being healthy is what I tell you to feel good. Then when you have the formula, the outside look will follow to be at best. Because they will see you shine. Shining inside and out. Have you noticed that those person who are successful and confident becomes an inspiration and encouragement? Well, that sounds good.

But of course, the major reason must be to be healthy and live a kind of lifestyle that will make you in good shape. Because like what the holy bible is telling is, our body is the temple of God. So, taking care of our body means taking care of the Lords temple. All of this builds confidence. But like I said, no short cuts. Time is so important and it gives you all the chance to make your life worth living for. Another thing is, make sure you are enjoying what you are doing, because if you are not, then think about it. Maybe you are not doing it at all for yourself.
