Does Your Team Have the Right Attitude For Success?
I can't stress enough how critical teamwork is in your business to do your best!
The more employees you have the more opportunity you have to work more on your business instead of just in it, but you can work that out even with only a small staff if you put some systems in place and have employees in the best position for success.
Here's an example that will help explain things a little better.Think of your office as a car.You have an engine which makes the car run (which is you) and not everyone can be the engine. You need the body , tires, windows, small parts, etc. to run perfectly.Every part in the car knows their position and what their responsibilities are in order to keep the car running.
In your business everyone needs to know their proper position and what is expected of them to keep the business running smoothly as well.Without the car running or the business running you won't get from point A to point B!
A minimum wage employee from a local college can be your most valuable team member if used properly. They can take the mundane tasks from you to free you up to work with clients.
You are helping a college student put themselves through school and they will work hard if they are really serious about earning money. If you find they are not working out, get rid of them quickly and hire someone new. There are a lot of students that will work hard and make you proud!
