One of the biggest obstacles in life is our own attitude which is caused by perception which is caused by "to whom we are lending our ears out to". How often do your hear that he/she is standing in her own way. This can happen in the work place, the school, the university the church etc.
If you judge anybody from outside everybody is the same with the obvious differences. Person 1 is success full and 15 others are are not? They are having the same two hands, two legs and head with a brain inside but they battle all along. Yes some people were given 10 talents others 5 and another 1. Remember the first two doubled their talents where the last buried it. Why this difference.
Was it a case of fear, lack of confidence, or did he listen to his buddies whom told him to rather hide it because his boss is a hard guy to bargain with. What was his attitude at the time, was it a case of "well he is already rich why shall I try to make him even more rich. I.e. there is nothing in it for me!
With this attitude no one will get anywhere. We all know these people because they are all around us. You will recognise the symptoms immediately;
They lie to themselves
They complain about everything
They find fault with everything
They know everything and are UN teachable.
They are negative.
They are UN success full.
What is on your mind projects itself in your life? Attitude is 98% of life and the other 2% action. The problem however it is not easy to get the attitude and most people whom did get it had to go through a struggle to get it. (Maybe we are too much cuddled in our comfort zone which prevents us to be what we really can be.) The financial crisis end 2008 shocked the world and there is almost not a single person on earth which was not affected by it.
What is ATTITUDE?
A lways look for the good in everything. There is always good and bad in everything. What is happening is happening to everybody, it is what you do when it happens.
T ime management. How do I spend my time and with whom and what? DO you read good books
T eachability. You can change your personality, your attitude, and your actions but are you going to do it?
I dentify what you want in life. Write it down. Identify problems and solutions.
T ake action, read, listen to audios look for info on the internet and empower yourself, work on your self esteem
U are the key (See below)
D issiplneis required to make this a success, discipline your tongue, your brain
E example. Are you an example to everyone around, do you set the standards and also meet them or are you just demand from anybody else to meet them?
YOU.
Now it is time to act and to achieve results you need to do the next:
Do not compare yourself with others
Do not be negative, as your negativity will flow over to others and will influence you negatively. Instead utilise your energy positively and then see the results.
Do not over do.
Do not waste your energy on gossip.
There is nothing wrong with positive day dreams.
Envy is a waste of time. There is only 24hrs in a day.
You can do nothing about what happened yesterday but tomorrow is in your hands
Do not hate anybody. Make peace
You are in control of your own future.
10. Smile and the world smile with you, cry and you cry alone.
11. You do not always have to win. Agree to disagree.
12. Forgive everybody and make peace with the past.
13. Spend time with your family.
14. Spend time with old people and kids.
15. Make at least 3 people smile a day.
16. Put God first in your life and follow him. Ask him for guidance.
17. Get rid of negative thoughts, and anything that is not use full or joyful.
18. Life is about choices, which one are you making?
19. If you made the wrong one stand up and say so. He that do not make mistakes does nothing and do not even know that this is a mistake in its own right.
20. The best is to come.
21. Count your blessings and thank GOD for all your blessings
Share your new "positive attitude" with all around you in order for them to benefit from your new founded attitude.
Remember today is the first day of the rest of your life.
