Try on several different types to find the look you want. Select the right shape. Ideally a frame should be a different shape than your face shape. A good guideline is to pick a rounder frame if you have square or angular features and look for a square-shaped frame if your face is round. Look for smaller frames if you have a strong prescription. Your glasses prescription will have numbers in the sphere category that indicate the strength of power in your lenses. A number above 2.00 to 3.00 indicates a stronger power.
