How Are Smokers Reacting To Using An Electric Cigarette

There is nothing harder than learning to live without tobacco after you have been smoking for years

. Of course, it is better when someone can quit smoking and not rely on anything to help them get through the process of quitting, but there are a lot of smokers that have been unable to do that. This is the very reason that many smokers have turned to the electric cigarette as a way to cope with giving up tobacco. It does not mean that they have overcome their addiction to nicotine, but it does mean that they have given up some of the more harmful aspects of smoking. Tobacco itself it very damaging for the health because of the tar and smoke and the chemicals it has.

The electric cigarette is a replacement for tobacco, not necessarily a way to be free of nicotine because the product does still deliver nicotine. This e cigarette is meant for people that still want the nicotine and be able to feel like they are smoking when they want to. It is probably not for everyone, but for those that enjoy the smoking habit it is a good solution.

Even though the product is not designed as or marketed as a smoking cessation device, it does give the user the option of lowering their level of nicotine intake over time if they choose to. The nicotine filters used with the device come in high, medium and low strength nicotine. It can be purchased in tobacco flavor and menthol as well. It delivers the same satisfaction to the user as smoking tobacco. It looks, feels and tastes like a cigarette.

Most tobacco smokers that have switched to the electric cigarette have found that they can be satisfied with the e cigarette just fine. It is easy to use, very convenient and cheaper by far than smoking tobacco. They are relieved that they have less harmful side affects to worry about as well. Most e cigarette users report that they can breathe easier and have a better sense of taste and even smell than when they smoked tobacco.

The electric cigarette might not the answer for all tobacco smokers, but for those that wish to and have tried it, it can make giving up tobacco a lot easier than it would have been if they had nothing to help them cope with their addiction and habit of holding a cigarette and inhaling something.
