It is in this part of the process where you inject positive thoughts, images and ideas to your subconscious so that it will accept them as true. For example, you can think of yourself basking under the summer sun in Florida or in the Bahamas, shopping in Beverly Hills, partying with the stars anything positive that can give you that sense of relief and happiness.
But, is that all that it takes?
No. Therefore, read the following guidelines on how to hypnotize yourself.
1. As previously mentioned, you must put yourself in a trance. Close your eyes, take a deep breath. By doing this, you signal your brain that you are ready.This process is somewhat similar to the process of sleeping. Close your eyes, breathe. Close your eyes, breathe.
2. Relax. It's ironic that many of us want to relax but don't know how to. In the process of self hypnosis though, it is of utmost importance to relax for this allows our brains to be open to positive suggestions, positive affirmations. Relax your body, take deep breaths from your nose and exhale through your mouth. Every part of your body must be relaxed and you have to do everything to achieve it, even if it means doing the opposite of what I've mentioned.
3. Find yourself in trance and embrace the moment. You may not feel anything far different from before reaching this stage but it doesn't mean you are not in trance. Remember, trance is another term for deep relaxation. Savor the moment of feeling relaxed. It is in this phase when you start injecting positive thoughts to your subconscious I am beautiful. However, your focus might be distracted. In the event that this happens, you can always go back to step one. Remember, correct practice makes perfect.

Maybe it can give you extra bragging rights in parties or other social and family gatherings wherein you can perform this trick.
