, it is quite simple. It is simply telling yourself the things you have in life. When you put your thoughts on the end of already having what you need and want, you are sending vibrations out the universe that you already have these in your life and the universe will keep on to supply you more of the things you already have. This a classic way of applying law of attraction in your life.

Below are a few examples of I have which you may use it for yourself,

I have plenty of wealth in my life.

I have a life full with happiness.


I have massive passive income.

I have a fantastic family.

I have a clean and healthy body.

By saying you already have these things in your life, you may call it a way to cheat the universe in thinking that you already have it and I will continue to give you more of it. Note there is a big shift in your inner self when you repeat these affirmation each day. It gives you a good feeling and stronger vibrations of having the things you wanted because it is already in your life. The law of attraction works in this way, where what you ask for, it will always give it to you more than you expected. So instead of saying, I don't have money, I don't have money, start saying I have money I have abundances in wealth.

Another way of I have, is start naming the people you know how have the things you are looking for. For example, you are looking for an ideal partner, go write down on a piece of paper on all the qualities that you would love to look for in your ideal partner, like smart, sexy, kind hearted, etc.. Next you will need to think of all the persons you know in your entire life and just simply putting their names beside each of these attributes you have listed down for your ideal partner. This way it put you in a position where you already have all these attributes for your ideal partner, and your ideal partner is out there with all the things you wanted for, just waiting for you to meet.

This two ways of "I have" is a powerful exercise which I would recommend you to carry out, ideally for everyday at least for the first few weeks, this way it will enforce the believe of having these ideas of already having what you wanted since a long time.
