Immigrants Wailing Fails To Defend Backlogged Applications

, 80,000 skilled worker applications, as per which many of the skilled workers have lost all their hopes of settling and working in Canada.
More than 800 skilled professional workers applications have been jammed and are almost on the verges of the elimination by passing a budget bill. This decision has left many Chinese and Indian skilled workers dreams unfulfilled.
The Immigration Minister of the country Jason Kenny is in favor of altering the gates of skilled workers category. According to the statement given to Canadian Press, the implementation of budget bill will shun off the all the backlogged applications and apply again in the new category that is with new rules and regulations.
As per the court orders the judge has crashed all the hopes of the Immigrants by cutting off all the previous applications filed before eight years.
The immigrants whose applications have been backlogged are suing the government as it has been a processing delay on the governments part and also urging to maintain their applications considerable until the courts have not come to a decision regarding it. They are urging this because it is supposed that bill will be implemented before their cases are cleared.
This request has been denied by the Federal Judge and as per which the applicants cannot ask the them keep applications open until their cases open, with the implementation of new bill the changes will soon follow it. According to him it is a null request as bill is still to be implemented nothing can be done before the bill is in function. The immigration judge also states that the courts have no right to stop the minister from taking any kind of step. The case will be further heard in the next month.
As per the statement given by the spokeswoman Ana Curic on the behalf of the immigration minister told that they are quiet happy and support the decision taken by them. She also added that government has a strong belief that bill will be in same alignment and will also help to deal with legal challenges.
Another issue that is still pending is the reimbursing of application fees submitted by the skilled workers when applied for immigration.
Combinations of these steps have led the immigrants down, now if they interested in applying they have to start again apply under the new categories fulfilling its strict requirement.
