Yes it is possible. You must know that when you are in a relationship, problems and challenges are just normal. There are several factors that might have cause the fight or the break up, and so there are several factors as well that you should consider before making up with your ex. This is not really hard to do especially when you both still love each other and you still want to save the relationship. But you must consider as well that even if you do love each other and you want to have each other back, there are various factors that might not be worthy of making up with ex. Here are the few:

Allowing your emotions to take ahead of you and making up with ex might end up as a bad idea. Do not be hasty in making up again. Since you were hurt, allow yourself to accept and heal. After giving it a thorough thinking, you will soon realize if making up with ex is a good thing or not.

A relationship should have helped you positively in life. Try to assess and see if the relationships you are in has brought any possible thing in your life, if not, then you should really think twice. A relationship should have helped you matured and should have broaden your points of view, if not, then that means you are being stagnant on that relationship and making up with ex may not be worth it.

Arguments and misunderstandings are natural in a relationship. But through the span of your relationship, you should know how to handle this situations and it should have lessened through time. If not, then you should really think hard before making up with ex.
