Kings Of Leon Tickets - Kings Of Leon Reveal Details On New Album

It's been two years since rockers Kings of Leon released the album Only by the Night

, and fans of the Southern quartet are anxiously awaiting the band's next album. Titled Come around Sundown, Kings of Leon's follow-up to 2008's Only by the Night will arrive on Oct. 19, and Billboard.com has the track listing for the album. The 13-track album features "The End," lead single "Radioactive," "Pyro," "Mary," "The Face," "The Immortals," "Back Down South," "Beach Side," "No Money," "Pony Up," "Birthday," "Mi Amigo" and "Pickup Truck."

"Radioactive" will hit the radio waves on Sept. 13, but Kings of Leon released the music video for the track on its official YouTube site in early September. Billboard.com reports that the video clip features the lead singer Caleb Followill playing guitar alongside a children's choir inside a sunlit barn. Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill told Billboard.com that although the fans have only heard "Radioactive" recently, the band began toying around with the song a lot earlier. "We played it forever. We started playing it around the time right after we wrote [2005's] Aha Shake Heartbreak. It was kind of in between Aha Shake Heartbreak and Because of the Times, and there was actually a few songs like that that didn't make it. You know, we save songs until we get them right."

Despite positive feedback from the few new songs fans and critics have heard, Kings of Leon has described the recording of Come around Sundown as "depressing." Monsters and Critics reports that the Southern rock band strayed from their usual recording spot, the country music capital of Nashville, Tenn., during the recording process. "It was kind of a depressing experience. If we'd made it in Nashville, we'd be out playing basketball or goofing off. Here, I'd wake up and hail a cab to the studio, then spend 12 hours a day in a room with no windows," Caleb Followill said, before adding that a change of scenery did help the process. "I think because we recorded the album in New York, we somehow rediscovered a bit of our country side, whereas if we'd been in Nashville, where you'd b surrounded by country music, that never would've happened."

Kings of Leon have been trying out some new songs live since the band kicked off its current tour in Atlantic City, N.J. on June 6. Frontman Caleb Followill warned the audience before the band launched into some new tunes, saying, "You don't know these songs. But one day you will, and you can say you were the first people to ever hear them."

Although the quartet did sample some new songs during their tour opener, they made sure to play fan favorites like "Sex on Fire" and "Use Somebody," too. Fans that weren't able to catch Kings of Leon live this summer can still get Kings of Leon tickets to see the band in cities like Charlotte, N.C.; Atlanta, Ga.; Tampa, Fla.; Spring, Texas and Maryland Heights, Mo. through Sept. 25.
