If you've got a few pounds to lose, one of the most intimidating things that can

keep you from getting rid of it is the thought of exercising for hours a day to achieve little results. If that's what is holding you back, then you need to learn how to lose weight without exercise, it IS possible and you don't need expensive diets or pills.

I'm sure you've seen the commercials on TV or the ads on the internet that you can take a magic pill and lose weight without exercise or changing anything in your diet. Unfortunately that's not possible, at least for the long term anyway.

You may lose a few pounds up front due to the stuff in the pill reacting with your body, but it's sure to be short-lived and lead to gaining more weight than you lost in the future.

If you really want to lose weight without exercise, then you need to change how you eat. There is so much junk food in our world that it's very hard to eat healthy, especially if you're on the go a lot and pressed for time. But if you really want to shed the fat, then you need to commit to making the changes necessary to get there.

Instead of eating so much processed food, eat more foods that come straight out of the ground or from an animal. Avoid anything that has to travel long distances or is put in a box. A lot of the produce you find at grocery stores comes from far away and has little nutrition left by the time you eat it.

Search out farmer's markets in your area to get the real good stuff, and start eating it religiously. The more meals that you eat less processed, junk food and more fresh fruits and vegetables (and meat!) the more weight you will lose, all without exercising!
