Management Tip: Why Do Companies In The Business?

Looking back, I cannot believe how long it took me to really understand what a company was

. I had heard repeated many times, although most of the parrots and nonbelievers. I had seen depicted on posters and articles about me, but somehow I became blind to this message. As many of us, led me to believe that what is in business, had to be ruthless and insensitive at time s. Tarnished by the false perception that I refused to believe the mantra all around me . "The customer is number one"

The company's goal

The following is a rant, albeit slightly. It 'important that you read it . Here's why. To understand what companies are doing, you must understand why they do. Understanding how to improve your business you have, you have to understand its true meaning. This is what this is all about.

When it comes to business, you can see things in one of two fires: good or evil. The vision of evil is that business leaders there to get our money from us. If you are looking for a bad guy, compares this evil faceless corporate America so often portrayed in the media today.

If you do not mind taking a second look good with the lights on, we must recognize that successful businesses are there to help us meet our needs and desires at all times so that I could never get without them. They are there for themselves? Of course! Are they also in it for you? Absolutely new!

Yes, they can do both. In fact they have to remain useful to both themselves and are still useful to others.

Think of your favorite store, maybe a hi-fi shop, a clothing store or even a grocery store. What happens if they increase their prices so high, or rent such a rude sales people that you and your friends stop going there? They begin to lose money and go out of business. You probably would not care, but they would not be able to help themselves, at least not with the business.

Now, what happens if the same activities taking lots of really nice people to spend more time with you, and then lower their prices in order to have everything at close to the coast? They start to lose money and stop working. The only difference is this time to worry, because now you cannot return to this friendly shop. Now you can no longer return to that point did not want the warranty or condition. Why not helped enough, one cannot help you more.

So what's the solution? Simple, they help themselves by helping you. They want to do both. They need to do both. You also want to do both.

Summary

What companies are doing? Help others achieve their needs and desires, and also help in the process. The activities that help others discover how to be the greatest leader. It does not matter if the owner's motivation is money, or help others. The only way to achieve long-term success is to help others. There is no reason for other people attending a business, except to get something that you need or want. If a company does not help to get that as their rival for the way he does, then it will cease to function.
