, are delighted to be able to support AIESECs LEAD programme in Mongolia.The AIESEC LEAD Programme provides students with a practical approach to leadership development and opportunities for their ideas to be heard and for them to make a positive contribution to their society.

This programme is an 8 week intensive leadership course with a community focus, consisting of intensive workshops about personal and business skills. Participants are divided into teams, in which they will have opportunities to apply learned skills through creating events or projects on social issues.

Coming out from the programme, participants will be equipped with not only essential skills that matter in study and work, but also a confidence boost to take on challenges and create more positive changes in society.Mongolia is one of the worlds fastest growing economies, driven primarily by extensive mineral resources (including coal, gold, uranium, and copper). The local population is relatively small (only 2.8m people in total, despite being the 18th largest country globally) and industries are emerging incredibly quickly, placing great demands on the local talent pool. The local population is extremely well educated, with 98% literacy rate and 92% graduated high school.
