Geotagging, an application for tagging snaps with the location information is found only in the N97 and not in the G1.

For a different form of entertainment, games are found in both the gadgets but that in the Nokia N97 Silver can also be downloaded.

FM radio is also available only in the Nokia N97 Silver and not in the HTC G1. The Nokia phone works on the Symbian operating system differentiating itself from the other one which works on the Adroid.

Document viewer is an application present only in the Nokia N97 but the digital compass is found in both the handsets. Battery of the HTC G1 White is Standard battery, Li-Ion 1150 mAh which is tested to offer a standby support of 406 hours while the battery of the Nokia N97,Standard battery, Li-Ion 1500 mAh (BP-4L) offers the same of 408 hours in terms of 3G standby.

Though both the phones differ on the part of some of the features, they are queued among the best handsets of each of the respective brands.
