Positive Attitude - Have a Gratitude Heart
There are a lot of ways that you can do or practice so that you will be able to have a positive attitude. One of the ways that I am going to write on this article is to have gratitude towards the things that you have.
When you start your day with gratitude and be thankful by all the things that you have, you will start to subconsciously think in your minds of all the things that you have. You will start to realize how fortunate you are, and all the things that god has given you. You can be thankful on anything that helps you in your daily life. You can be thankful to the water, electricity, food, friends, your parents, bus etc. Have gratitude and be thankful for all the things that have helped you. Start your day with gratitude and end your day with gratitude too. You will soon see the difference in your thoughts if you have a gratitude heart.
You can try this free and easy experiment. Find a nice small stone and put it in your pocket. This stone will be called a gratitude stone. When you wake up in a morning, take the stone and squeeze it when you are being grateful towards something. Throughout the day, squeeze it whenever you are feeling thankful for the things that you have. For example you are thankful that you have water to use, you can squeeze the stone while having a gratitude heart. Before you sleep, you squeeze the stone again and be thankful for all the things that you have for the day.
When you do that, you will be so busy showing your gratitude that you will have no time for negative thoughts. The natural things that will happen when you are having a gratitude heart is that you will feel you are a very fortunate person and you will start to have a positive attitude towards life. Tried this small method every day and I am sure you will start to have a positive attitude towards life.
