Have you ever being tempted to fall in love for a very trivial reason, something that you could have spotted and looked away from or consider not to catch your attention? But this visual but ubiquitous emblem keeps taking top priority in your mind's eye that everywhere you go you spot that unusual quality, find it out and somehow you want to place your palms on it and run your fingers through it, so as to properly trap it down in your sixth sense.
For me, I have had less serious reasons to fall in love, you can call me unserious or fickle minded but that's the way I'm wired to be, I look for and appreciate the unusual in attitude and disposition, sometimes I become and extra-miler at going the whole nine yard. Of course the pellucid reason should be her physical and natural endowments which is crystal clear, were I come from you would not but steal a glance at her over and over again but having seen a million and one of those in a very short time I could not that worthy of my attention. As I turned to look away I was compelled to fasten my gaze on her, my eyes got stock to something unusual enshrined on her neck, i was transfixed by what i saw i immediately allowed the impulse in me get to work, I stepped up to her, exchanged pleasantries and began to lavish praise on the one that combined nature and arts to make her beauty.
Afterwards and henceforth, I continued to savour and relish the moments I shared with her, while I prepared, arranged and put myself in order for our next meeting, because I am a devotee of there are no second chances to rectify first impression, so I made every moment the very positive first.
On the other hand, I came across a book in my teen years, the focal point of the book was portrayed to be con artiste and a crime lord, who went all the way to burn his fingers so badly that you could hardly tell which is the thumb from the index finger, he felt it made him look distinct, if and when ay crime was traced to him and his thumb print was needed, and they could obviously not get it which provoked the security; the natural explanation he had for was that "the human skin is a canvass for individual creativity, if he had choose to smear his body with tattoos he would not be asked to explain why he did that, he went further to say he owns his body and he could do whatever he liked with it.
Amazingly, one thing that pricks my mind is the way our attitudes travels faster than the tattoos on our skin in which the whole idea is to express our personality, even in the business world they preach more of the right combination of attitudes than an aptitude for job success, this speaks volumes of our attitudes more like tattoos inscribed on our aura. Ironically, he was an angel made flesh, he was trapped in the physical realm, the realm were the body is the mansion of the soul, were the eyes is the mirror of the body, he could not but function in a way and manner that is absolutely sublime and beyond amazement, he walks tall with grace and the suave of Ramses the kind of Egypt in the time of Moses, he walks, talk eat and sell faade for a living, a keen look at his poise and panache one could easily make allusions to the vague and vanity talked about by ecclesiastics the preacher, little latter did we find out that he was one of the one third of the angels dissuaded by Lucifer to carry out his mischievous plans, against God, so they were sent out of Heaven to the earth, little wonder the heavens say woe unto the earth.
Over time he has been able to build the walls of troy round himself which he brags about, and before his very eyes he destroys with his own hands and with the tongue of fire in his mouth, which makes me wonder if what he brags about is integrity or shame- for those who see integrity as saying what you mean a meaning what you say, they can only be bothered about this so called man of strong character, for he lies as sure as the sky is blue.
Really, I love encounter, but brand moment I cherish, these are plus or minus moments, when your total package faces a defining moment before me, this times my sixth sense is at work, and in a little while the right phrase that suits you and defines your brand platform hit my subconscious- an indelible mark of fixed figure that ignites a thought when you pass by, with all the royalty he postulates, he violates the meaning and true essence of princes who are known to honour their words, if they ever have to prove otherwise, that they do with a strong reason enough to evoke empathy beyond sentiments- this man I call him a pompous blowhard.
