Take note, cigarette to cigarette, the hour in which is smoked, the desire that you had and your reason. Take an empty hard packet. Cover it with some colorful paper so that breaks totally with the image that it has of your habitual box. From now on, you shall only use this box. Whenever you buy a new one, transfers every cigarette to this special box.
