, not at the expense of others. It is impossible to disagree with this quote and if one sees that the situation is different, it is not a leadership. It goes without saying that people need leaders. There is no organization existing without leaders. College is the place where a lot of leaders try to show that they are best. Still, leaders are important. Here are some specific ideas why students need leaders and what should be done if two leaders in a group cannot agree about some questions.

Why do students need leaders?

There are people who used to live in the shade of others. It does not mean that they can do nothing or that they have no personal opinion. Everything is different. Such students just need a person who will direct them, who will show them how to do things and they will do it. Leaders are necessary to gather people, organize them and give them a direction.

Is leadership exploitation?

No, it is not. If it is exploitation, so it is not a leadership, but slavery. Unfortunately, there are a lot of such cases in schools and colleges. Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it said Dwight Eisenhower, and it is impossible to disagree with these words. If one has managed to acquire this skill and can easily rule people, he/she is considered to be a person with the qualities of a leader which might help a person to be successful in future.

Two leaders in a group

If there are two leaders in a group, students should be careful. The conflicts in the group are irreversible. Still, they may be solved if to agree about the spheres of influence.
