This is a great book. It does a solid job of combining research with examples and guidelines. It is easy to read, easy to use and best of all easy to apply. The fact is Adrian and Chester just keep getting better with each book they write and this is bound to be another best seller. I recommend it to anyone who is a member of a team, works with teams, or wants to be part of a team. I give it five stars.
