Jag Mandir: Jag Mandir too is a fine-looking island palace in the shimmering Lake Pichola, constructed in 1615 by Maharaja Karan Singh. The palace is said to have given shelter to the Mughal prince Khurram who later became the Emperor Shah Jehan, and was responsible for the construction of the world renowned Taj Mahal who revolted against his father Jehangir in the year1620. The citadel has a massive stone statue of elephants and an striking chattri that add to its beauty.
City Palace: Considered to be one of the chief regal complexes in Rajasthan, the town Palace is placed royally on an outcrop on the pleasing Lake Pichola. The compound has 11constituent palaces, with terraces, towers providing a spectacular sight of the lake and its backdrop. The Durbar Hall, which was dutilize as a location for official occurrences like state banquets and discussions, has some very luxurious interiors decorated by some of the biggest chandeliers in the world. The Palace also has a museum exhibiting a number of appealing and attractive artifacts.
Sahelion- Ki- Bari: The Sahelion-ki-Bari park came into existence in the beginning of 18th century as a special place for ladies of the majestic household to fritter their time in relaxation. The intriguingly attractive Garden is renowned for its lotus pool, fountains that are in the shape of birds, flourishing sea green lawns, flowerbeds, and marble floors, present a wonderful view to the visitors.
Jagdish Temple: Built in 1651 AD by Maharana Jagat Singh, Jagdish Temple is the largest and the most attractive temple in Udaipur. Devoted to Lord Vishnu, the shrine is famous for its stunning images and very tall shikhara.
Other attractions which must be visited are the City Palace Museum,Fateh Sagar, Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum, Maharana Pratap Smarak, Shilpgram, and Rose Garden etc.
