Alright, so let me just tell you those 3 very basic weight-loss tactics that will work for you if you follow it carefully:
First, don't eat any food that is white. Yes, anything that is white shouldn't be eaten like pasta, white bread, white rice, sugar and most milk products. Instead, eat healthy foods like fish, chicken, turkey and cauliflower. I know they're white and like any rules, there's always an exception and they are just among those exempted. Well, she loves cauliflower so it's not a problem for her; I hope it won't be to you too.
Second is to drink water. Right, what you can drink is water only and nothing else. Well, an occasional one small cup of organic black coffee will be fine and this is just for the withdrawal only but nothing more than one small cup. Again, coffee's not white, right?
Third in the list is to avoid eating any food with the word wheat in the ingredients list. It's a no-no to eat anything or any food that has a word that starts with W and ends in T and has the letters h-e-a in between, even if it's whole wheat.
An excellent way to improve your weight loss mind-set is to begin to create realistic goals. When you meet the goals you set, you will feel better about yourself.
