Your BOB Jogging Stroller Will Help You Finally Get Out Of The House

If you love fitness and exercise, you've probably been missing your workout big time since your baby has arrived. It can seem like every waking minute is devoted to child care in the months after a baby is born. With a BOB Jogging Stroller, all that will change for you! I have a Revolution jogging stroller by BOB and it works really well. It has shock absorbers, so my baby always gets a smooth ride even if I'm going up and down from sidewalks (I do slow down for these, of course!) or going over gravel, tree roots, and cracks in the sidewalk. It also works really well indoors, as it has a 3-wheel design and the front wheel can be loose and pivot, which gives a great turning radius, or it can lock into place, which makes it go in a straight line which is perfect for jogging paths and parks. I find the high quality if my BOB jogging stroller makes me highly confident in taking it anywhere I go and knowing that it will be able to handle the terrain!

In terms of varieties of BOBs, there is the BOB Ironman, which is super light-weight. There are dualies for more than one child. (Could be twins, but I often see these with children of different ages in them.) And there are add-ons like blankets, rain covers and car seat adapters (for that oh-so-important "travel system" that gets hyped at the store). It is important to note, though, that babies under 6-months old should not be JOGGED in a jogging stroller, because they can't hold their heads up and could end up getting shaken a little too vigorously.

You can see that there are a number of excellent stroller styles to choose from when you start looking at BOB jogging strollers. Take your time and find one that you love - hopefully you'll be using it a lot as you and your baby get out for fresh air - whether you're going for a fun or just strolling around town!
