The National Archives at Atlanta

Morrow is home to The National Archives at Atlanta. The region's most valuable Federal documents are stored here and serve as a study for history of the South. They offer a portal to famous individuals, war and conflicts, Civil Rights, and individual family records. The National Archives are a great source for anyone wishing to research historical information created or received by the federal government. The Archives in Morrow has both a Microfilm Research Room and an Archival Research Room. They also have about 105,000 cubic feet of archival holdings dating from 1716 to the 1980s. They are primarily textual records, but also include maps, photographs, and architectural drawings.

The Center is free and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30am till 5:00pm.

Reynolds Memorial Nature Preserve

Reynolds Memorial is a 146-acre nature preserve. Visitors to the Reynolds Memorial Nature Preserve can hike through four miles of trails, visit a historic barn dated back to 1867, see gardens, and a variety of ponds fed by natural springs. Guests can also enjoy special programs for conservation.

Preserved in its natural state, Reynolds Memorial includes undisturbed woodlands, ponds, and streams. The site also includes a Nature Center. Visitors can view live animals, explore environmental displays, and speak with a Park Ranger.

The Preserve is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am till dusk.

Spivey Hall

Located on the campus of Clayton State University, Spivey Hall is a 400-seat acoustically superb performing arts facility. Spivey Hall is known for presenting outstanding classical and jazz music concerts. The venue also features a 4,413 pipe, three manual, 79-rank organ.

Over the years Spivey Hall has earned international recognition through its exposure in publications such as BBC Music magazine and International Arts Manager. It has also made frequent appearance on public radio stations across America.

While visiting Spivey Hall guests should be sure to check out the rest of the Clayton State University campus. Part of the University System of Georgia, the school has a picturesque campus with walking paths and a lake.
