1. Pick a dumbbell or barbell, lift it from the floor to your shoulder level, then push it overhead; all of this are done in standing/crouch position. Remember to choose the weight that challenging enough for you. Do a hard set of around 10-15 reps and you'll notice that you are huffing and puffing like you just ran a 100 meter sprint.

2.Get a dumbbell and do one arm snatches; 20 reps for each arm. Just as before, select the best suited weight for your dumbbell.

3. A series of bodyweight squats, lunges, and push ups for 5 minutes straight with minimal rest.


All the exercises above are looked like weight training exercise or strength training, yet it also strengthen your cardiovascular system as well, which means you acquired 2 rewards all at once.
