Household Dna Packs -- Your In depth Guidebook to Correctness

Home DNA kits are pretty common, and now you find yourself in a situation where you're using one

. Maybe you're questioning the mother's integrity, maybe you're just curious about the DNA...

Really the reason doesn't matter. Your primary concern right now should be getting the most accurate results as possible from this DNA test.

In this article we're going to be going over the various things that you can do to make sure that you get the most accurate results as possible from your DNA test. The best way for me to do this is to talk to you about the most common mistakes that people make when home DNA testing.

This first step is the most important...You need to pick out which DNA kit you're going to use. Remember that cheaper isn't better. AABB certification is an absolute must...Don't even consider a kit unless you've checked for this. In your mind it might make sense, especially if money's tight, to go with something more affordable, but trust me...You won't be able to trust the results from a crappy kit.

There's not a whole lot worse than going through the whole process, and then getting the results and wondering if they're right.

My second tip for you is to sit down and read every word of the instructions that come with the DNA kit you've purchased. Read every single word! Follow every direction to the cross of a T. That doesn't mean bending a couple of the rules...if you mess up then re take the sample. That's pretty much it, actually. Your DNA results will be useless unless you take every measure to ensure that the sample taken is pure.

This rule remains true for your kid. Alright, I hope you've learned, DO NOT take risks with a sample. It's a waste of time.

You should get your results back, make sure that you get both inclusion and exclusion information. Exclusion is the result that states that you are NOT the father, where as inclusion is the result that states how big of a possibility there is that you ARE the father. The most important result is the exclusion...If this isn't all the way 100% then there's a pretty good probability that you're related to the other subject.

I hope that this guide has helped you out in getting the best results from your DNA tests.
