Technically proficient: A leader should be with good technical skills and knowledge. In an organization it is required that they should have the clear idea of their job and the tasks of other employees. Being informative and getting updated with the current trends is also one of the key factors for effective leadership. Agreeable: Each and every one has different thoughts and opinions about a thing and views in different perspectives. Good natured leaders have the ability agree with the different opinions and build rapport with others even when there is a disagreement.
