About McMillen Dental: Dr. E. Julian Caldwell entered the Early Naval Commission Program while enrolled in the Ohio State University Dental School and was sent to Annapolis and Lake Hurst, NJ, during the summers. Following his military service, Dr. Caldwell chose to work with children and entered the residency program at Nationwide Children's Hospital. He continued his education at Nationwide Children's Hospital and graduated with a post-graduate degree in Pediatric Dentistry and Anesthesia. He continues to remain on staff at Nationwide Children's Hospital today and is the past president of the Ohio Chapter of Dentistry for Children. Dr. Caldwell has had special training with various types of dental lasers and belongs to the World Clinical Laser Institute where he continues his laser education.
