So best get out there and take some exercise. Any exercise will be good. If you have become a couch potato then start walking. Don’t choose some violent movement to start with. Work up to it. Walking will be a good beginning for anything you wish to undertake later. If you are fairly healthy (apart from lacking exercise) and aged between 18 and 65 then you should be able to walk for 20 – 30 minutes. Start by walking on alternate days. This will mean that you have a rest day between each exercise period plus you won’t get the feeling that it is all too much.
