According to the Oxford English Dictionary: "Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances." Another simpler definition is that Stress is an intrusion on our peaceful existence. All of us strive to have orderly and peaceful lives and it is when our routine changed that we suffer from stress.
