The latest news is that Toyota has recalled its Sienna minivans in Canada. On Friday, April 16 about 6000,000 Toyota Sienna's have been recalled. Toyota recalled the Sienna due to spare tire compartments issue, as they become unsafe to drive. The part when gets corroded enough, may lead its spare tire to fall out of the car, leading to a disaster for the other drivers. The Toyota Sienna recall will affect the 1998 to 2010 models. The Toyota Sienna 2010 model has not been included in the recall list. Toyota team has been working to fix the problem as soon as possible. It is reported that about 6 complaints have been received but Toyota said that no injuries have been confirmed yet. The drivers of the affected toyota model should schedule an ispection at a local delearship.
